Reach enhances public healthcare services by using digital tools to connect with people, especially those unable to access traditional medical care.

Limited access to healthcare services leads to preventable deaths, with marginalized communities being hit the hardest due to a lack of information and support. Governments and healthcare providers struggle to communicate effectively with their populations, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Reach Digital Health integrates personalized digital communication tools into government healthcare services, helping bridge the gap by providing crucial health information and services to underserved communities, such as maternal and child health, HIV/AIDS support, immunization, and more. Reach and its implementing partners ensure everyone receives the care they need, addresses health disparities, and responds effectively to public health crises.

Our Approach

We have 16 years of experience developing solutions to improve health and have learned many lessons. We have learned that replicating the success of our previous programmes takes more than technology. Our approach leverages our multi-channel, highly scalable technology stack and incorporates all the other elements critical to implement, scale and sustain a personal, digital health system.

Some of our projects

MomConnect Africa

MomConnect Africa will be accessible to all pregnant women living throughout Sub-saharan Africa. The WhatsApp smart bot lets individuals receive stage-based, maternal and child health information in widely spoken indigenous languages.

Young Africa Live

Young Africa Live is a digital platform, for young people, by young people that empowers them to explore and embrace their sexuality and make informed decisions about their health and well-being.
